Prior
to the remediation, 97 m³ of drinking water was needed per year. After
remediation only 36 m³ was necessary. This is a saving of 67 %.
In addition washing powder consumption is reduced by 50%. Water softener is no longer needed, because rainwater is a completely soft water in itself. In the toilets the urine-stone formation is substantially reduced. The life span of the washing machines is considerably increased because there is no more calcification. Electricity consumption is also lowered.
