| The sun |
The
sun is the central body of our solar system. It holds the planets, moons
and numerous small bodies with its large mass on their elliptical courses.
Like all stars, the sun is a gas ball, which consists of 75% hydrogen, 23%
helium and 2% heavy elements. In
the center to the sun prevails high temperatures and high pressure that
different spontaneously nuclear reactions happen. From
this the sun wins its gigantic as well as inexhaustible energy.
